We are a cage free facility, all drying is done by hand with a blow dryer, if you run a few minutes late picking up your dog, we just have to play and spoil them with love.
We usually schedule between 1 .5 and 2 hours for each dog and call you 10 minutes before your dog is finished. Your dog is handled by one person, none of this having a person that bathes the dog and then another person fluffing the dog and finally a groomer cutting the dog, only to be put in a cage until you pick up the dog.
